In situations where a lender is experiencing difficulty with a borrower, GrandWest has been retained by the lender to perform a comprehensive, unbiased and objective diagnostic review of the borrowers business.

This review normally includes all the important aspects of a business, including its markets and competition and an assessment of management's ability to achieve its profit and cash flow targets.  The report is normally reviewed with the borrower prior to issue and provides both parties with an objective basis from which to resolve differences.
