As the former managing general partner of a turnaround equity fund, the founder of GrandWest is familiar with the challenges faced by equity funds in creating value for investors. GrandWest provides investors with resource capabilities to assist it and their portfolio companies in managing investment and business model execution risk. • Providing interim management services in situations where there is a planned or unexpected temporary vacancy at a senior level, the management team is not complete or the business is being positioned for sale or liquidation.
