Management
We provide interim management services where there is a
temporary void in executive leadership due to an unexpected resignation or termination or
where a business is being positioned for sale, bankruptcy or liquidation.
Principals of GrandWest have provided interim CEO services to companies in the
manufacturing, food, processing, specialty retailing, distribution, restaurant, consumer
product, advertising, publishing and service industries.
If the business is underperforming, our role could be expanded to include the
development and implementation of a turnaround plan prior to recruiting a permanent CEO.
