We perform, or assist in the preparation of, due diligence reviews of potential acquisition candidates for equity investors. Because of the nature of our previous equity fund and the acquisition candidates we evaluated, our reviews tend to be very thorough and involve all aspects of the business, its industry and markets and its management capabilities.   

We have also been retained to perform a devils advocate review of potential acquisition candidates.
